The view is impeccable. Hosts are super friendly and interesting people. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Ferry is just outside the window, convenient to monitor our departure time. We will definitely stay here again if we come to this area.

Truly, one of the joys of travel is meeting great people, you can’t do better than the owners of this delightful bed&breakfast. Paolo and Julia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. I had the pleasure of sitting by Paolo while he played on the piano. Breakfast was plentiful. They were kind enough to prepare a plate and hot coffee for my late-rising husband. The location is wonderful too, a short drive to Vik and opposite the ferry that sails the Sognefjord. Thank you both again for the stay, food and conversation. Highly, highly recommend ✨

Great experience and 100% recommendation. Julia and Paolo are wonderful hosts with outstanding passion and Heart & Soul. Breakfast is fantastic as well. Will book this cozy guesthouse again, when next time at Sognefjord.

Our stay at Sognefjord Gjesteheim was amazing! The hosts, Paolo & Julia, are so kind and really made our visit to Vangsnes even more special by making us feel so welcome. They’re very knowledgeable of the area and provided lots of advice / recommendations for what to see and do. The breakfast and dinner was also delicious. We’d definitely stay here again and will recommend to all our friends and family. 10/10
