About this house rental
Sunshine's Zen bed and breakfast. 2 bedroom 1 bath house sleeps 4 people comfortably to 6 people with two sleeping on the couch, large kitchen and living room in this nicely decorated home with unique artwork and nick nacks throughout the house. Large 8' x 12' mineral hot springs shared with everyone staying here (SORRY MINERAL HOT SPRINGS IS NOT WORKING DISCOUNTES APPLIED).
the yard has a 6 foot privacy fence the yard and is a beautiful zen oasis with lots of birds, picnic table, swing, hammock, gas grill, fire pit, several patio sets and a bench. Sit and relax and watch the birds in this beautiful oasis of a yard. Close to Rotery park on the Rio Grand and community pool. Within walking distance to downtown T Or C and several mineral hot springs.
The mineral springs hot tub is filled upon request so please let us know when you would like to soak, it takes about 2 hours to fill the tub so advance notice is needed.
There is a medium sized dog on the property full time, and I bring my small dog over when I'm soaking and both of them do bark from time to time.

What a great little home! Phyllis was so easy to communicate with and is on site, so anything you may need, she’s readily available. Hot tub is in the courtyard and shared with the other units. Very clean, well stocked, right around the corner from the hotsprings

The house was perfect for a us —clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Great communication which made it easy. Hot tub spring was warm and relaxing. We’ll definitely be staying again and will be recommending it to our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The property was beautiful,clean and inviting . The host was gracious and checked on me the communication and check in was seamless. 10 out of 10 recommend. Thank you Zen sunshine house for taking good care of us.
