About this villa rental
Independent villa, with private pool and magnificent views of Lake Como, Pian di Spagna and Monte Legnone. A few steps from the beach and the cycle path that connects Gera Lario to Domaso and Colico.
Elegant and bright living area completely overlooking the lake through large windows; spacious kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, oven, kettle, espresso and American coffee machine. Adjacent living room consisting of comfortable three-seater sofa, single armchair, two poufs, fireplace (not working), satellite TV and service bathroom.
Five steps separate the sleeping area, consisting of three bedrooms, one double and two with single beds, bathroom with spacious shower and tub.
Air conditioning, internal and external alarm.
Free Wi-Fi.
The fourth bedroom is located in the lower part of the villa, with independent entrance, veranda overlooking the lake, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, all for the exclusive use of the guests of the villa.

Laundry with washing machine and iron available
Cellar with selected wines (for a fee)

The land then climbs, and with pleasant wooden steps, a panoramic path is created where you can reach extensive terraces made with dry stone walls, and between olive and chestnut trees you can admire a breathtaking spectacle.

Brought our family here including a 5 year old and an 8 year old. Great communication with the host. The house had everything we needed. The views were spectacular!

Rummeligt hus med meget dejlig beliggenhed. God kommunikation med Veronica og Marco, som hjalp med vores problemer i løbet af opholdet. Vi har været i huset to gange og kommer gerne igen.
