I loved how comfortable the bed was! The room was very clean and I absolutely loved the rooftop bar and swimming pool - the bar was serving outstanding food and cocktails , the sunbeds were super comfi, the swimming pool was delightful and the overall ambiance was stylish and sophisticated! I would happily return

The room and common facilities are quite new and finished to a nice standard. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, though the shower has a noticeable design flaw that causes it to constantly flood the bathroom floor.
The hotel is also in an excellent location, with plenty of restaurants, transport links, and groceries right on the doorstep.
Unfortunately, the service and management fell well short of expectations for a Novotel. We arrived to check in at the designated time (2:00 PM) only to be told our room wasn't ready. When we pushed back and noted that this wasn't acceptable, a room was suddenly available, with the receptionist claiming it just hadn't updated on their system yet.
The leisure facilities are structurally nice, but the pool area was extremely crowded. This could be because management allows non-guests to pay a fee to use it, which ruins the experience for paying hotel residents.
Furthermore, when we asked for beach towels, we were abruptly told that taking towels off the premises isn't allowed.
Overall, it was a nice stay and the property had great hardware and a strong location, but the hospitality was slightly below expectation.

Great stay here. Spacious rooms with good air conditioning in lobby and in rooms. Indoor pool is lovely. Lockers for luggage before check in and after check out which is great for early arrival / late departure flights.
Sliema is a lovely place to stay, hotel is near to everything. Bus stop a couple of minutes away.
