Room was clean. Location is outstanding. Heater worked well. Most of stay was good. However, toilet seat isn’t properly bolted and slips around. Portable fan is in pieces and nonfunctional. One outlet falls back into the wall if you use it. All that was minor inconvenience. The picture of the room is misleading, suspect it was photoshopped. Room is smaller than it appears in the picture and furniture is arranged differently to fit. A chair to sit in would have been nice. Did not receive the email with door codes until the second day of our stay, and then it had an invalid code for the key. Had to call the provider while standing in the cold rain. The phone number in the listing was disconnected and had to find another one. Provider Belvilla had no information and sent us to checkmyguest. Checkmyguest didn’t have info either but reached out to their team and responded fairly quickly to get us inside. Exhausted, cold, soaking wet, wet baggage, was not a good entry. Entry took almost a hour and was stressful. Room was set to 7 degC, 44 degF. Took a while to warm up. Also had to contact them 3 times before we got the wifi password. Checkmyguest people were friendly and helpful when we called them, which was the saving grace. Once we got over the initial shocks and had time to learn the room, the stay was fine. There are two patisseries very close and two very good restaurants very close. Apartment is between two metro stations on different lines, and Vosges park close by.

Great location in Marais district. Ground floor- easy access. Dehumidifier and fan very welcome. Clara allowed early check-in, nice.Smart TV , Netflix. Awesome shower. Solid internet. Use lower case " k " where K is listed in PW. Luggage drop is right next door at 62. Will return.

The studio is cozy and well-located, I loved being just minutes away from the vibrant Marais district and all its attractions,
