About this house rental
Welcome to "Slack Tide"! Located in Mexico Beach on N 28th Street, enjoy what this 5-bedroom house has to offer. It sits on a canal lot and is great for large families or several families vacationing together. Just a short walk across Highway 98 to beach access!
Bed/Bath:
Downstairs - King Master bed/bath
Upstairs - King Master bed/bath, Queen bed/bath, 2nd Queen Room, Full bath, Bunk Room with 4 twin beds
Both King masters have full walk-in showers. One queen bedroom has its own bathroom, and the other shares a 4th full bath with the bunk room. Full Laundry room is located upstairs as well. Guests will have plenty of room to relax in the large open kitchen/living/dining area. From this space, walk out the backdoor to a large, screened porch overlooking the pool area.
Inside:
Everything is whitewashed shiplap walls and stained tongue and groove ceilings with no sheetrock, giving this home a unique old beach house feel with all of the modern amenities. The kitchen features a large island and plenty of counterspace to cook for large groups. Fully stocked with stainless cookware, knives, mixing bowls, etc.
Outside:
Gunite pool with a large sun shelf perfect for smaller kids or for someone looking to relax in the heat. There is plenty of parking available in front and down the right-hand side of the house with enough room for boat/trailer parking as well. Bring your boat with you and enjoy a 2 minute ride to the local boat ramp.

The Slack Tide House is located in one of the best areas in Mexico Beach for several reasons. It is off the main road enough that you have peace and quiet, the beach is just a short walk, and you are walking distance or a short drive to several of Mexico Beach's most popular spots.

The house was beautiful and plenty of room for everyone. It had everything we needed and more. Open floorplan and pool was great. Its in a quiet area and short walk to the beach. Would love too come back!

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and the pool was great! A short walk to the beach, an ice cream shop, coffee shop, and a couple stores. Caroline was great with communication! There was a slight mixup with check-in and check-out times, but she was great and worked it out! We will definitely try to book here again! We had 1 year old baby and the house provides a pack n play and high chair- makes traveling a little easier not needing to pack those items.

Our stay was amazing. With a spacious all you need kitchen. Wrap around screened in porch was sweet along with a fabulous poolMy favorite which we utilized a lot was the ice machine on porch. Man that made a difference
