Just past the kitchen, you'll find the conveniently located and recently updated washer/dryer nook with plenty of bed linens and towels.
The first floor has three bedrooms with queen beds, one of which has a small sunroom adjacent and an extra twin bed.
The second floor has three bedrooms with queen beds. One of the bedrooms has an additional twin bed in a small adjacent room.
The upstairs also has a relaxing, sunny second-floor deck overlooking the forest behind the house and the beautiful trees on the property.
Please note; that each floor has only one bathroom. The -second-floor bath has a claw-foot tub shower combo, and there is also a private outdoor shower.
There is a caretaker's apartment located on the basement level that is not included in this listing. Perfect if you want to stay away from the bustle of town and off-the-beaten-path.
It is still close to many beaches and only 10/15 minutes to town while being close to the quaint village of Sconset and the charming markets there.
