Amazing location. Favorite part was walking to Andy’s for coffee & pastry and then walking to the capital bldg to sit and enjoy. The room was not very clean. There was hair and a q-tip in the bathroom. Cobwebs in the corners, above the pipes on the wall and some connecting from the phone lamp up the wall. There was a candy wrapper under the bed and dirt/debris on the floor. Dirt/dust on top of the tile in bathroom and picture frames. The person above us was loud during quiet hours. We understand this is an old bldg with thin walls but it sounded like they were moving furniture around. We did feel safe for the most part and did enjoy the charm of the bldg and neighborhood.
