Our villas are located approximately 40 minutes from downtown La Fortuna, in a more secluded area—perfect for those looking to enjoy an authentic experience surrounded by nature and tranquility.
The total drive from town is about 15 km (9 miles), and the last 7 km (4.3 miles) are on a rural gravel road. This part of the journey is truly part of the adventure: lush green landscapes, fresh air, and the feeling of leaving the noise behind as you approach something special.
We recommend a high-clearance vehicle, SUV, or 4x4, especially during the rainy season, for a more comfortable drive.

The property was beautiful! The host was very accommodating! I had to check out a day early and she was agreeable and reimbursed me for the night. They also decorated for our anniversary which was so sweet! The area was very secluded and definitely relaxing! The drive there is a bit taxing and I would definitely recommend renting an AWD or FWD most of the road is not paved. The drive is about 30-40 mins out from food or stores. So stock up beforehand. The host did send me two restaurants that are 20 mins out from location. Avoid driving up at night. It gets very dark and can be very intimidating as you’re going up a mountain with just car lights and sometimes there is mist or fog which makes it hard to see. Rain water does enter room by the door if it’s raining really hard but it’s not too bad if you place a towel at the door. There can be a few bugs but it’s the jungle. So it’s to be expected. They did provide bug spray. Overall It was a great place to relax and my husband was able to fly his drone with no issues. The view is amazing. We missed the volcano but had we stayed the extra night we would’ve caught it; but seeing it through the clouds I know it’s an amazing view! The room was quaint.It’s was like glamping. So if you have huge luggage you may not have a lot of space. Parking is close though! And they have a restaurant on site that opens on the weekend. Again overall it was a nice stay with a view you can’t beat!

We stayed here for two nights. The host was very easy to get ahold of and very prompt with the breakfast which was delicious! It was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay! The clear see-through ceiling could use a power washing.

First stop in Costa Rica and it was special! The eco glam villa is stunning, but it's the views that are truly unforgettable. Loved the dog onsite :) Definetley need a high clearance vehicle to get up there but worth it!

The villa was lovely and the views were beautiful. I gave it a lower rating because of the lack of accuracy on how remote it was. On Expedia, it claimed it was a 3 minute drive from mistico hanging bridge park, 5 minutes from the wellness park and so on. However, there was nothing even remotely close within 30 minutes. Also, there was no mention that breakfast or dinner was to be pre-ordered. We arrived thinking we would be able to have dinner but the restaurant was closed. I asked about breakfast and was told it was from 7-9. When we went to the restaurant, it was not open. When I messaged, they replied I could pre-order. By then we were ready to just go to the nearest restaurant. Their replies were quick but this information beforehand would have been appreciated as my husband is diabetic and needs meals at regular intervals.
