We had a great stay on this houseboat and would definitely stay again. The boat was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Our family loved the unique experience of staying on the water.The only area needing improvement is communication and check-in. Before our stay, responses to questions were slow, and we never received check-in instructions. After an 8-hour drive with three tired kids, we were getting concerned when we still hadn't heard from the host several hours after check-in time. We eventually stopped by the marina store and discovered the person working there was actually the host. Once we connected, everything was resolved quickly and the rest of our stay was fantastic.A simple automatic message directing guests to the marina office for keys and instructions would make the process much smoother. Other than that, we had a wonderful weekend and highly recommend this houseboat!
