No smoking is permitted in buildings. Smoking is permitted outside provided guests don't leave ANY butts on the ground. If butts are found, you will be charged and extra 100.00 cleaning fee.
The private boat launch is permitted for guests to use at their own discretion.
The cabins are not equipped with air conditioning.
The wood stoves are not operational.
