About this house rental
An easy Taupō base for families and groups, just 500 metres from the lake and a seven-minute walk from Two Mile Bay Sailing Club. King’s Crossing sleeps up to nine and combines a comfortable two-bedroom main house with the separate Baby Crossing suite, offering two living areas, two bathrooms, fast fibre Wi-Fi, boat parking, a private backyard and BBQ. Bookings for six or more include both spaces; smaller groups can request Baby Crossing for an additional cleaning fee.
The Main House provides:
Main Bedroom: A luxurious king-size bed for ultimate relaxation.
Second Bedroom: A comfortable double/single bunk and an additional single bunk, perfect for larger families or groups.
Open-Plan Living: A bright, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, creating a welcoming hub for gatherings.
Entertainment: A Smart TV, board games, cards, and books for relaxed evenings.
Outdoor Fun: A large backyard, perfect for backyard cricket, rugby passes, or football matches.
Connectivity: Fast fibre Wi-Fi throughout.
The Baby Crossing, a separate and self-contained area, offers additional privacy and space:
Sleeping Area: A queen bed and clothes storage.
Living Space: A comfortable sofa/sofa-bed and a Smart TV with a PlayStation 4 (games included).
Comfort: Air conditioning, perfect for summer comfort.
Private Facilities: A full bathroom.
Outside, you'll find:
A private backyard space for both adults and kids.
A large outdoor table and BBQ for al fresco dining.
Off-street parking, including space for a boat.

Smoking: The property is smoke-free. If you need to smoke, we ask that you leave the property to do so. Pets: The property has a strict no-pet policy as of 1 May 2025. Parties and events: The property is subject to a strict no parties or events rule. Visitors: Visitors are allowed, however, these visitors are not permitted to stay at the property. Guests found in breach of this rule may be subject to extra guest charges. In this vein, guests are not allowed to accommodate other persons in temporary accommodation such as tents or caravans on the property. Damage: Please report any damage sustained during your stay to the host as soon as practical. They will work with you to remediate any issues.
