About this apartment rental

You can expect a modernly furnished 160 m² apartment with 3 double rooms and additional sleeping facilities for 2 more people in the living room and TV room. A large modern bathroom with a comfortable shower is located on the sleeping floor. A spacious, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all electrical appliances is the meeting point of the apartment. Adjacent to the kitchen is a storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen leads to the dining room, which is ideal for cozy evenings. Separated by a sliding door is the living and TV room with an 85-inch flat-screen TV with sound system. Pure home theater atmosphere.

Motorcyclists are very welcome here.

W-LAN is included.

Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or in the garden/outdoor seating area.

Parking directly at the house (2 carports), garages for motorcycles/bicycles available. A newly designed drying room in the cellar is available to all sports enthusiasts. Motorcyclists can also conveniently store their gear here.
