Adjust the temp, select your Sleep Number®, and rest well on the huge king-size bed. Reston Tiny House™ is much bigger than its tiny self. Peaceful Suburban Setting; Blackout Shades Throughout; Keurig & Drip Coffee/Tea Station; Makeup Mirror; plus a Small Private Mosquito-Free Yard. RTH - built in 2023. Owner lives in adjacent house.

Reston Tiny House was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed at and I didn’t need to reach out to the owners for anything. The owners put a lot of thought into giving their renters all they need; lots of coffee selections, lots of bath towels and wash cloths, complimentary wine and ice cream, fans in the bedroom, lots of coat hooks, large closet with sliding doors and a dresser inside it, patio with a nice backyard view, and even a professionally produced brochure with local area information. Note to future renters..look carefully at the front of the brochure because the WiFi password is on it! It’s located in a residential neighborhood and I enjoyed taking my nightly walks through the streets. Definitely a true 5 star rating.

The tiny house was super clean and had lots of privacy. It’s close to a lot of nice areas and is an easy drive to/from DC. I would definitely stay here again!

If I could give ten stars, I would. Beautiful inside and out. The little touches were amazing. Comfortable. Great area. The entrance was easy. Patios were pretty. Kitchen was very well stocked!! This is the place to stay!!

This home by far was the BEST experience that my husband and I have ever stayed. The “Tiny House” was spotless. The Host, Susan had everything you could imagine to make our getaway the best. From stocking the refrigerator with bottled water, wine, sparkling water and cookies. The freezer had delicious ice cream bars. Chocolates on the counter, more coffee options than you can image with delicious creamers. Plenty of towels, soap and make up removers. The Bed was a sleep by number where you could download the app to adjust your bed to your firmness. Location great to many fine restaurants and shopping. This home is a must stay! Susan, the host fabulous!
