About this house rental

This enchanting house in Lutz is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered by guests. With 3 cozy bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and two twin beds, this peaceful retreat offers all the comforts of home. TPC Golf course is across the street. Raymond James Stadium, George Steinbrenner Field, Busch Gardens, and Adventure Island are all 15 miles from the house.
Guests are also encouraged to just kickback, relax, and enjoy walks around the neighborhood and activities in the park.

Pets need approval prior to booking. Please reach out with any questions or for pet approval.

Sara and Eric are wonderful hosts. They set the home up with a wonderful note and welcome gift. For this trip they had them home decorated for the holidays which made it warm and cozy. The house has everything you need from dishes, pans, utensils, containers, etc. for cooking; many towels; comfortable beds and pillows; and even some board games.

The home was exactly as shown in pictures. It is a very comfortable home and in a perfect location for us to spend time with family. Sara and Eric were very informative and quick to respond to any questions - great Hosts.
