ottima posizione ma male il soggiorno per la pulizia

la posizione

la pulizia era molto sporca, asciugamani sporchi, per terra nel terrazzo sporco, vetri sporchi. siamo entrati alle 15 ed era ancora tutto bagnato per terra. Siamo stati 4 giorni e 2 di questi cadeva acqua da sopra nel terrazzo non si poteva nemmeno star fuori perché ti cadeva acqua addosso.

Muy buena ubicacion, cerca del metro y del cuarto español. Espacio amplio si consideras la zona exterior y la salita de entrada.

Esperienza negativa

La posizione è fantastica, alle spalle di piazza del Plebiscito, vicino alla famosissima via Toledo, molto pratico girare il centro città e ben servito da due linee metropolitane per muoversi nei dintorni.

Pulizia stanza scadente, il wc era stato usato senza tirare la catena, diverse bustine di detergente già aperte ed usate ,le lenzuola erano pulite ma diversi cappelli presenti sul cuscino, gli interruttori della luce appiccicaticci . La cosa peggiore non è stata la mancanza di finestra nella camera , ma la qualità dell' aria, siamo stati costretti a tenere il clima acceso per sopperire, nonostante non fosse caldo, lo spazietto esterno con tavolino e sedie impraticabile perché all' interno di una piccola chiostrina condominiale e con due motori climatizzatori ad altezza viso. Peccato ma lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Die Lage des Apartments ist super. Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert.

Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist etwas zerstückelt. Eingang und Wohnzimmer durch einen Außenbereich von Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer getrennt. Es gibt sogar wie kein Tageslicht.
