It was our second location with the Circadian Team on this trip. Both were great.
The host will ask for images of your passports and visas which is the standard process in Vietnam. Since booking.com does not facilitate images uploads, you will need to send these via a text messaging app. This was the first for us but it worked out fine. We chose to use Whatapps to communicate throughout the trip.
The host will also send you a link for payment before the stay since they handle the charges themselves.(not booking.com)
All of this was a breeze.
Access was via a smart keypad.
The HQ team is also located close by so any issues, a staff member will come out to attend to it quickly. Staff are also very responsive on text messages. You are in good hands :)
You can also leave your luggage in an unsecured on the ground floor after checking out / or bring them to the HQ for a secured option.
Plenty of restaurants around with a great variety of cuisines.
Highly recommended. Will definitely book again.
Just be aware that the lift starts from level 1 - not ground - as described in listing.

部屋がとても清潔でした。キッチン用品が充実していました。シャワーの水圧が充分でした。
