Vue superbe depuis le logement. Très bien placé pour découvrir cette magnifique île.
Jennett est super et nous a aider pour louer un scooter, réserver les restaurants ou faire une superbe session de snorkeling avec son père.

La casa di Jannette ha la vista più bella dell’isola. All’arrivo, l’impegno richiesto per qualche scala in più del previsto, viene totalmente ripagato da una terrazza vista mare caraibico invidiabile (che, nel caso della nostra camera, si sommava alle tre finestre con medesima vista).
La struttura è semplice e genuina, come tutta Providencia del resto. È graziosa ed ha il necessario per poter “far sentire a casa” qualcuno.
Inoltre, con il suo stesso aiuto, è possibile reperire rapidamente contatti per noleggio motorino e prenotazione escursioni in barca.
Per apprezzare al meglio il tutto, è necessario switchare dalla modalità turista occidentale sguazzante nei comfort ad avventuriero apprezzante la slow and simple life locale.
Il valore di questo posto, nella sua totalità, sta nel sorriso delle persone, nell’accoglienza che riservano agli animali, seppur di strada, nella qualità del cibo, appena sfornato o raccolto/pescato e nell’ospitalità e disponibilità che offrono.
Per il futuro, consiglio sicuramente di recuperare il servizio colazione, al momento in standby, nonché predisporre un piccolo recap di contatti e prezzi per noleggi, escursioni e ristorantini locali suggeriti. In questo modo, per iscritto, si facilità l’organizzazione e si aiuta l’ospite a programmare e prevedere costi di tutto.

The view
Unfortunately, the hotel surprised us at the end with an additional charge of 225.000 COP for breakfast, which had been offered to us throughout our stay without ever mentioning that it was not included in the price or how much it would cost.
WARNING: Do NOT take any tours with a man named “Betito.” (family member of the person who runs this hotel) He put our lives in danger during a snorkeling trip and then left us sitting on his boat for about three hours without shade while his son went fishing. In the end, we were charged 750.000 COP! The good news is that there are many honest and nice people on the island who offer high-quality tours at a much better price.
