朝食込みの価格はお得感があった。駅から近くて、しかも静かな環境にあった。スタッフの方々の応対も丁寧だった。Wifiも繋がりがよく、速度も十分であった。
部屋の椅子に背もたれがなかったので、ビジネスで利用する人には不便であろう。私もメインはビジネスではなかったが、パソコンを使っていて気になった。

スタッフの対応が親切で感じが良い。JR,京急二つの駅が近く大変便利。レストラン、スーパー、喫茶店が多く食事に困らない。
部屋が狭くｽｰﾂｹｰｽを広げるスペースが無い。部屋の照明が暗すぎる。電源（コンセント）の数が少ない。夜、隣の客（二人の外国人、男女）が大声で喧嘩をして寝付くのに時間が掛かった。
