The rooms are small, simple, but functional; my room had a queen-sized bed, with hard mattress and creaking frame. There was a small, shuttered window, a bathroom and fridge. The room had good electrical, wifi, and AC. The hotel is located close to the bus station and metro station, and there are many great restaurants on the main roads closer to the bus station. The place is basic and somewhat rundown, but also very inexpensive and centrally located.
This is a battered old hotel that has seen better days. There are no cabinets to put away your things. Check in was a hassle, as there was no one at the reception, and in fact, I never saw anyone working at the place for the length of my stay. There is a lingering smell of cigarette smoke despite having requested a non-smoking room.

The room is quite big and had everything that I needed. Even though the building is quite old, they clean it well and the essential things work well enough. The bed, linens and towels are fairly new. The location is very close to the subway, but not noisy at night.
Not much to dislike at this price, but I would not recommend it for first time travellers to Korea. If you don't understand at least basic Korean, checking in and finding places to eat nearby may be difficult.
