Positive: Our stay at Calm Escape exceeded every expectation. The location is unbeatable—literally just steps from the beach, offering complete peace and relaxation. Cleanliness was immaculate throughout the property. The breakfast was rich, incredibly delicious, and made with fresh ingredients. Every little detail was well thought out, and the warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Absolutely perfect from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back!

Location is amazing in the south end of Borsch beach which is one of the still remaining relatively quiet and not mega touristy beaches in Albania.
Literally 20m from the room door to the beach.
Friendly hosts and sufficient homemade breakfast.
Free parking and sunbeds on the beach.
Property is quite basic. Soundproofing is nonexistent. Hosts speak very limited English. For the price you would expect a bit more. However, the location makes up for these cons.
