Location, comfort, spacious, easy check in, nice view, clean

No heating system so the house is pretty cold : electric heaters should definitely be provided, 1 per bedroom. The water heater gives you lukewarm water at best. The importance of electric heater is therefore even greater.

Maison indépendante, lit très confortable (les meilleurs de notre voyage au Pérou), vue des chambres super, décoration sympa, propriétaire très réactif.

Pas de chauffage, appartement et chambres glaciales à notre arrivée, heureusement grosses couettes pour compenser, pas d'eau chaude (à peine tiède voir froide !!), mal insonorisé donc assez bruyant, et beaucoup de lumière du jour car aucun rideaux occultants ...

We had the whole apartment by ourselves! 3 floors! Very nice aesthetics, very clean, very close to the center. But the comfy bed was the best one in that apartment. 10/10
