Poor cleanliness, broken equipment and unhelpful management

Convenient location.

The apartment was in poor condition and had not been cleaned properly before check-in. The towels and bed linen had dirty spots, the trash bin had not been emptied and smelled very bad, and there was a cigarette butt and dirt on the balcony. Both chairs were bent, the electric kettle produced a strong burnt-plastic smell when switched on, and one fridge had mold inside. The building itself is also very large and busy, with many people around, so it was not quiet. The worst part was the management. I contacted them repeatedly over two days asking for proper cleaning. They replied slowly, said they had contacted housekeeping, but nobody ever came. The communication eventually became dismissive. This was completely inconsistent with the 9.8 rating the apartment had when I booked.

Nothing

And many things are broken inside the room. We didn’t even get the third pillow for our third bed. Kitchen sink was broken
