Location was great and room was very clean.
Kitchen set up whilst small was useful.
The room was not as advertised. As an executive room it was described as a separate bedroom with separate living area and a balcony with table and chairs. This is not what I received.
Also as an executive room there was no desk from which to work from and minimal usable power points.
The charge for the simple hotel room was excessive.
Breakfast was supposedly included however I was told the restaurant didn't open until 11am, useless for breakfast when you have a day of activities planned.
There was no iron as described however housekeeping were quick to supply one when requested. Only issue was the amount of caked on burnt matter on the bottom of the iron.
There was no hairdryer as advertised.
The mattress was incredibly hard, not firm but hard.
Whilst it is clear that this is a new establishment, it has real potential however they do need to address the deficiencies.

Location excellent
Smaller than expected and not as described. Description said two bathrooms we only had one. Also said a balcony/terrace with furniture, we didn’t have this. Description also said extra large beds, the beds were a standard size.
We also had no iron or hairdryer which was stated although the staff did bring is both eventually.
Also the shower didn’t drain properly.
