We felt the room was very pleasant. Comfy bed. Exceptionally clean. Good shower. The location was perfect. Plenty of park8ng around the pub.
We would have preferred breakfast to have been included in the booking price, but understand with only 5 rooms an accurate number of people eating is important.

Very clean and comfortable
Very small room, nowhere to hang any clothes, no bedside table at one side. Ended up kicking a drink over on the floor.
Noisy from pub downstairs, didn't bother us but some people would not like it.

The property was very central. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very clean and well decorated. Everything was spot on. Breakfast was really food and at a very good price

Although the room and bathroom were spotless, the room was very small with no place to hang clothes.
