The staff were so lovely and friendly and could not do enough to be of help.

Staff was lovely and check-in was easy. While the rooms were exceedingly small, it was worth the value for a great location and cleanliness of the place. Towels were very soft :)

Comfortable bed, clean room, good parking facilities, right in the centre of the village, and a decent price.
No room to work at a desk, no ironing facilities in the room (that I could find). The public bar wasn't particularly welcoming with staff preferring to have their own (audible) conversations with each other behind the bar. Limited wine selection.
