New and modern building with a lovely balcony and view to the green distant hills and snow capped mountains.
Very comfortable bed and high quality bed sheets.
Nice interior design.
Spacious.
Adequate kitchen equipment for cooking.
Four elevators in the building (more capacity than most apartment complexes in Batumi).
The walls are very thin so I heard every sentence the neighbours in the next door condo said and the music they were listening to.
When they were listening to loud party music during the day I went out of the building because I don't like such music.
As the price is low I give a 10/10 rating bit had I paid more it would be 9/10 because I am sensitive to noise.
