The property was very clean and had everything we needed, it was close to the Southbroom main beach as well as shops in the area, would love to stay here again

It was delightfully old fashioned, quiet and with a wonderful covered balcony allowing for sundowners, suppers or breakfast. Tiny pool was a boon just to lie back in the warmish water. Only the very high step was a concern with my less flexible knees. The house had a lived in feeling, not pretentious and as a way of acclimatising perfect. Southbroom GC was 3 minutes away, this being key to our booking. Great demanding course, friendly & professional staff, wonderful clubhouse atmosphere!
We knew that Southbroom would be both warm and& humid, we had the air-con in our bedroom set at 16C but it was never really cold. The house portable fans not wonderful, this I guess could be because we left the UK at 8C and it was 27C when we arrived. We had everything we needed but after the gas bottle ran out our host provided an electric kettle, much easier to manage!

7 min Walk to the main beach, easy to go also for kids/teenagers, the whole overall place is cool and secure, the hosts live in the base and are super friendly and supportive, wonderful terrace, easy to stay for a few days.
Best for one couple with 2-3 kids

Location was ideal close to the beach and the super market was just up the road. It was a very peaceful location.
