Charming old property , right in the centre of Vicenza. Only 15min walk from the station
Lovely roof terrace open some evenings .
Great staff . Nice breakfast included .
No lounge to sit in . Lack of plug sockets in the room . No tea/coffee facilities in room .

Location was incredibly central. Not necessarily ideal if you are travelling by car, parking is a challenge. Breakfast was varied. Lots of pastries and fruit. Even the offer of a cooked meal. Very good service.
All the ancillary additional costs. Local room tax. Bottles of water. Parking. Sadly all these over extended my planned budget. These need to be advertised from the outset. I would have preferred a proper cappuccino there’s was generic machine made.

The property is very clean and easy to access. Clean, comfortable rooms
The property itself is nice, however it wasn’t the location I booked. As an act of good faith, the staff upgraded my room but only because I asked. Other than that; very nice hotel.
