Het bed had een goed matras en was ruim genoeg. De kamer was ruim en de Airconditioning was nieuw en vrij stil. Het inchecken was heel snel en uitchecken ook. De receptie heeft me geholpen met het regelen van een tuktuk van het hotel naar het vliegveld, wat aardig is. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk.
Ik vond het hotel niet zo mooi als het leek op de foto's. Het kwam een beetje goedkoop en geïmproviseerd over. Het Hotel ligt aan een klein zijstraatje, waar 's nachts ook nog voertuigen doorheen reden die veel lawaai maakten. Ik vond de inrichting een beetje te minimaal en Ikea-achtig. Het was heel standaard en neutraal, maar het oogde een beetje kaal. De badkamer had schimmel op het plafond en er hing een wat milde, doch onaangename geur in de kamer bij binnenkomst.

Literie confortable. Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et climatisée pourvue d’un frigo. Personnel charmant et toujours disponible. Prestations de services extérieurs plutôt honnête. Calme : dans une petite rue, perpendiculaire à l’avenue principale. Pleins de restaurants sur l’avenue. Possibilité de laisser gratuitement les sacs pendant plusieurs jours pendant que nous faisions la boucle de Bolovens.

The service of the hotel staff was excellent exceptional good. They did everything in their possibilities to comfort you. I give them 10 stars 🌟.
The hotel building itself was not maintained properly and has lots of issues. It's NOT the fault of the staff. It's the fault of the head management or owner who lacks of keep maintained the property.
