Good place for a night in town.

Quick and clear communication. Early check-in could be arranged (thanks again). Clean. Two rooms under the roof, you rent one and share bathroom and kitchen with the other. Quiet environment. Walking distance to city center. Access from train station by tram should be easy enough.

Point of attention: The room is under the roof. The aircon is in the common area, not in your room proper. Worked for me with open window during the night, but could be inconvenient in summer with both rooms rented out.

The communiccation with the owner is very easy!

Kátay Apartman is my first place to stay in Szeged. It is within walking distance of the bus station, but can also be reached by bus and tram. Payment is made inside the vehicle with a bank card. I recommend buying a 24-hour travel card. There is a bus and tram stop very close by. If it is your first time without a car: look for Super Hamburger - it is a 1-minute walk away and can be seen from afar :) The owner of Kátay Apartman is very responsive. I can describe the place itself as cozy and romantic - with lots of lights and flowers. Separate entrance. Free coffee and tea. The bathroom is extremely clean! Thank you, Kátay Apartman for the wonderful stay :)

It was kinda good for one night.

The easy access, was close to my point of visit, the way the small spaces were exploited with appliances, the large bathroom, the mosquito nests.

The bad sheets first of all, were not giving the sensation of cleanliness and freshness, shared bathroom, difficulty sitting on toilet.

Egy éjszakára olcsó és kényelmes szoba volt

Olcsó és könnyen megközelíthető volt, nagyon jól felszerelt.

Vékonyak a falak, este mi zavartuk a szomszédot, reggel meg ők keltettek minket.

A szállásadó kedvessége, közvetlensége, segítőkészsége.

A csigalépcső nekem kényelmetlen volt.
