Please return the RV in the same condition that it was in when you picked it up. No huge effort needed on the outside, but the inside should be clean and all the dishes washed and put away. If it is not clean inside, a cleaning fee of $50 will be assessed. Please return with a full tank of 87 octane gas. If the gas tank needs filling, I'll do it, but assess an extra charge of $6/gallon. Just fill it when you are near the return point. Don't worry about the propane it's included up to half a tank; after that I'll charge to refill it.
