Lokalizacja, rewelacja, blisko metra, kilku róznych linii. Blisko do sklepów. Cicho.
Czasami pojawiał się brzydki zapach z klimatyzacji, pomimo, że była wyłączona. Wymaga serwisu.

Petit appart relativement bien agencé et bien situé. permet un accès facile à Akihabara, plusieurs konbinis (dont un grand Lawson) a proximité. Des chaussons, brosses à dent, du dentifrice et du savon/shampoing sont fournis. Lits doubles assez comfortables, avec prises en suffisance sur les têtes de lit. Smart TV qui permet une connexion, par exemple, à Youtube, et air conditionné (bien utile, car l'appartement devenait vite froid).
Appartement propre dans l'ensemble, mais avec quand même des traces d'humidité, notemment dans la salle de bain (moisissures sur un mur). La salle de bain en tant que tel n'a pas de porte, ce qui rend délicat d'aller à la toilette pendant quelqu'un d'autre prends sa douche. Il n'y a pas d'assenceurs, et les escaliers sont assez étraits, ce qui rend des valises, même légères, difficiles à manipuler si elles sont un peu larges.

Great spacious area and very clean. Comes with a big bath tub as well as a washing machine. Area is spot on near the underground (about 6 min walk)
Unfortunately the Air Conditioning started to leak from 10pm onwards and had to turn it off. Was room was a bit too warm and the windows was sealed shut. Was quite uncomfortable to sleep throughout the night.
Also both the apartments is on floor 4/5 with no lift so you need to carry the luggage up the stairs. I didn't check before booking so this was my fault.
