+ Good location, parking (but parking arm was not working), most of things looked new, some stylish
+ Extra storage for bikes or skies
+ Nice, comfy and well equipped at first look, few nice touches to the interior
+ Can be greatly improved with small changes - don't cut cost to much, savings on soap supply or towels really leaves bad impression, especially compared with the price
- Not very clean - windows, entry doors, someones sock in the drawer, don't even try to look under furniture
- There's dishwasher, but not enough utensils to really use it, also - for 11 days stay only 2 tablets
- The same with the washing machine, only 1 tablet; only one soap (chose if you want it in the bathroom or toilet)
- No pillows for wooden chairs at home and on the terrase - very uncomfortable

Das Haus ist ganz neu und sehr modern eingerichtet, besonders gut hat uns die Sitzmöglichkeit im Garten gefallen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und punktet mit einer neuen Ausstattung (inkl. Wasch- und Spülmaschine), einem schönen Balkon und einer guten Lage.
Leider wurde der Aufenthalt durch die katastrophale Sauberkeit und den fehlenden Service massiv getrübt. Die Wohnung wurde uns in einem völlig verdreckten Zustand übergeben:
Hygiene: Haare in Schubladen und auf Matratzen, Flecken auf dem Boden, Schimmel in der Dusche
Mängel: Geschirr der Vorgänger noch in der Spülmaschine. Es fehlten Bettlaken für die Aufbettung des Sofas im Wohnzimmer, Mülleimer im Bad sowie ein Duschvorhang (Bad steht nach Duschen unter Wasser). Offene Kabeldose am Esstisch stellten zudem ein Sicherheitsrisiko dar.
Service: Reinigungsmittel, Ersatz-Mülltüten oder eine Anleitung zur Mülltrennung waren nicht vorhanden. Eine Kaffeemaschine fehlte komplett.
Fazit:
Während der Vermieter vor der Buchung sofort antwortete, wurde nach der (obligatorischen) Vorauszahlung jegliche Kommunikation eingestellt. Trotz Anfragen zu den Mängeln erhielten wir keine Rückmeldung. Aufgrund der hygienischen Zustände konnten wir uns nur mit Schuhen in der Wohnung bewegen. Alle Mängel wurden fotografisch dokumentiert. Nicht empfehlenswert.
