The apartment is great. There is a free, private parking behind the building. It is a self check-in with a key in a locker. There is a great view from the garden. The apartment is very clean, nice and comfortable. 2 bathrooms - very convenient.
It is around 20 min walk downhill to the seaside. We felt very safe in the neighourhood.

La vista sul mare e le dimensioni dell appartamento
Lo stato dell'immobile, gli elementi d arredo non curati (cuscino con zip rotta, guanciali dei letti scomodi, poltroncine di velluto sporche, vasca da bagno con tenda da doccia), il pavimento con pezzi che si muovono, il climatizzatore senza possibilità di regolazione,, la tv non funzionante, il giardino per niente curato e pieno di zanzare...per non parlare dell impossibilità di contattare il proprietario al telefono per comunicare l ora d arrivo (non rispondeva) tanto da dover chiedere ai passanti e poi ai vicini di casa di aiutarci alle 19 la sera dopo aver prenotato alle 15 e non aver ricevuto nessuna indicazione per il check in.
