Je ne passerai jamais plus par la personne qui s’est chargée de notre location sur place !
Je suis venue finalement avec seulement un de mes fils donc l’appartement était spacieux pour deux.
-l’emplacement : pour un voyage familial, cet appartement est à bannir. La place de L’equerre est très bruyante! Et sachez que l’appart se trouve au 1er étage donc ne comptez pas sur un calme olympien, loin de là
-la literie : je n’ai pas réussi à dormir. Chacun ses préférences mais si vous êtes adeptes de literie ferme, passez votre chemin
-l’odeur de remontée dans la salle de bain. Cela sentait mauvais et ce n’était pas agréable du tout
-la gérante !!! Elle m’a bien prise pour une abrutie. Avant que je n’arrive, elle m’informe qu’une des clims a été volée par les anciens locataires, qui avaient cassé la box internet.
Elle apprend alors que je viens avec mes chats (car « animaux admis dans l’établissement ») et elle me sort que j’aurais dû la prévenir. Elle conclut par « ok, je ferme les yeux sur vos chats, vous fermez les yeux sur la Clim »…. Une phrase qui en dira long sur tous les problèmes que j’ai eus avec elle ensuite
Nous avons donc eu assez chaud et nous étions obligés de laisser les ventilos allumés H24.
Nous n’avons pas eu d’internet, heureusement que j’avais mon forfait…
Elle a voulu nous imposer le passage de Sosh une matinée, entre 8h et 13h
J’ai mal réagi car ce n’était absolument pas correct : j’étais en vacances et j’avais payé ma location, donc hors de question que je me grille une matinée à cause d’elle.
J’ai fini par accepter à contre cœur, tout cela pour qu’elle m’informe le matin même à 10h15 qu’elle avait annulé ! Alors qu’elle aurait pu me prévenir plus tôt
Le pompon reste la situation qu’elle m’a fait vivre au retour.
Elle m’envoie un vocal à 8h30 pour m’accuser d’être partie avec une vieille housse de couette et un coussin de chaise… en me réclamant 70€.
Je coupe la conversation avec elle en disant qu’on passera par booking à présent.

Rien de particulier. Simplement ceux qui recherche du calme ce n'est pas le bon quartier.
