A localizaçao é boa, proximo ao parque, 10 min caminhando. O local é novo.

O quarto é muito pequeno para uma família! Estava muito frio nos dias e deixaram apenas uma manta fina para a cama de casal e uma para o sofa cama. A manta extra era cobrada!!! No frio!! Deixaram um travesseiro por pessoa e so precisasse de mais tb era cobrado!! Achei isso um absurdo! Sentimos frio os dois dias a noite em que estivemos la! O quarto é umido e frio! Senti um cheiro estranho de mofo no quarto e todos os utensílios tinham cheiro de naftalina.

No geral foi bem agradável e resolver o nosso problema de acomodação

Gostamos muito do chuveiro e a cama de casal é confortável. Também tinha uma área externa bem agradável. A piscina no terraço também foi bem agradável

O quarto não comporta 4 pessoas. O nosso quarto não era frente para o mar. O sofá cama era desconfortável e não acomoda 2 pessoas nela (para ser quarto para 4 pessoas)

Confortável e aconchegante. O sistema eletrônico de portas e elevador tbm muito prático. Próximo ao Beto carreiro e a praia. Uma ótima piscina na cobertura.

Estacionamento pago a parte dentro das próprias dependências do prédio é o ponto negativo.

Gostamos muito do chuveiro e a cama de casal é confortável. Também tinha uma área externa bem agradável. A piscina no terraço também foi bem agradável

O quarto não comporta 4 pessoas. O nosso quarto não era frente para o mar. O sofá cama era desconfortável e não acomoda 2 pessoas nela (para ser quarto para 4 pessoas)
