Very nice place, well quite and calm. Below was a little typical greek-food restaurant. The shops are also nearby. Distance to beaches - 10 min and 25 min (next to Sahara Beach). Coffe-machine is very good option.
Smell is the room. There is no door between room and guest(kitchen) room. Not bath gel, neither shampoo (strange thingf, there is the first time I saw it). No microoven (not a big problem). No black out curtine at window and the LED-ligh of AC is always on. The A/C can not make temperature below 22.

Тихое спокойное место ,на первом этаже есть общепит где можно хорошо не дорого поесть ,близко море ,хороший кондиционер, владелец удевил приятным подарком бутылки вина)
Маленький душ ,номер маловат для 4 людей для 2 было бы самое то
$$$$
