The unit we were in was absolutely beautiful, and felt like we were the first tenants in the space. Fantastic location. Small unit, but very chic (nice when the photos actually meet the reality of a place!) and cozy, and well suited to a longer stay with full kitchen and good water pressure. Considering we were just above street level on St. Laurent, it was well soundproofed. We especially appreciated being able to get parking in one of the two available spots (parking is always a bear in Montreal!), and to be able to check in a bit early. Staff were very responsive, helpful and friendly.
I was not very happy with all of the additional security/sharing of personal information before booking as a Booking.com member, but understand that hotel owners need to protect themselves. There were additional fees (insurance, parking) that weren't clear in the original ad. All that said, it was still a very good price, but would be more economical if booking for several days.
