Excellent staff! Way past the extra mile to help guests.
Although rooms are extremely clean and well taken care of, the halls and general facilities are quite old and might create a strange first impression. Staff and value totally make up for it.

Excellent hotel even for longer times. We stayed 11 days and everything was perfect. Staff was friendly, room was nice and big, toiletries changed every day. Near to metro station and a lot of choice for food around. Free WiFi and breakfast.

Ottima posizione, metro a circa 10 minuti a piedi e diversi ristorantini nei pressi dell'hotel.
Letto e cuscini comodi.
Ho apprezzato che ci hanno lasciato una confezione intera di acqua in bottigliette da mezzo litro. Molto utile.
Buon riscaldamento e wc intelligente.
Il personale è cordiale ma non parla inglese come invece c'è scritto nella descrizione.
La colazione non esiste..ti fanno trovare un caffè terribile del Mc Donalds e un panino. Non c'è neanche uno spazio per fare la colazione..questo mi ha delusa moltissimo, avevo scelto questo hotel e non altri proprio perchè c'era scritto che servivano la colazione. Quella non è una colazione, fastidioso anche solo l'odore dei panini al mattino davanti all'ingresso dell'hotel.
Pulizia assente. Ti cambiano gli asciugamani tutti i igiorni ma non spazzano per terra (ho dovuto ammucchiare io la polvere in un angolo per farla togliere) e in 12 giorni non hanno mai pulito i sanitari del bagno; lenzuola cambiate una sola volta.
