We had a fantastic week at the apartment. It is so close to the town and the beach front.

Very Good

Studio was very clean and comfortable. The host was very attentive when we had a small problem. Good location..great little restaurant 50 metres away for Breakfast/lunch or dinner. Lovely sitting on The balcony watching the horses in the sea.

We loved the view of the water and sunsets from the balcony, the kitchen was furnished well for cooking, and the walk in shower was spacious. The host was very flexible, kind, and prompt in responding to us. Deauville beach was a 15 min walk and Trouville beach was a 35 min walk, so you could see both.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return. However, there are some areas for improvement. The wifi connection was too slow and we were not able to watch a movie at night as we had wanted, although we tried several times it would just freeze while trying to open. It was also difficult to share photos while texting or access social media and I needed to use my fiancé’s hotspot. The toilet would continue to run after flushing but if you push the button again after it would stop. The sofa bed mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were too large/thick for me and I had difficulty sleeping. Tiles would come loose while showering and were sharp on the feet so you need to be careful. Also the soap/shampoo rack in the shower is not secure and would fall several times, almost landing on our feet, so again you need to be careful. The kitchen stools are on the side of the sofa bed and we would suggest shorter stools in the kitchen on the kitchen side of the island so there is more room to move past one another if the bed is down and to be able to enjoy the beautiful view while eating.
