Nice and cozy apartment in the heart of Paris with decent commodities.

Considering the high price of this reservation and the very poor quality of the accommodation, this

Just location

1. The latch of the apartment entrance door is broken and constantly gets stuck when entering or exiting. 2. The sofa bed in the living room is severely worn out and so noisy that it is impossible to sleep at night. 3. The heating system does not function at all. 4. There is no shelf or space in the bathroom to place essential items such as shampoo. 6. There is absolutely no mobile network signal inside the unit, making it impossible to make phone calls. 7. For the past two nights, the main entrance door of the building has been broken and could only be opened with a digital remote or from inside. Because of this, we were forced to stay in the apartment and could not leave for three nights. 8. A technician was supposed to arrive on the second day after 9:00 AM to resolve some issues, but no one ever came. 9. Throughout our entire stay, we have not received any response or assistance from the host regarding these problems.

とても便利なロケーション！洗濯ジェルボールやコーヒー、紅茶、クッキーまで用意してありました。写真とイメージは結構違いましたがある程度小綺麗にしてありました。スタッフもとてもレスポンスが早いし親切でした。

まず鍵の場所が分かりづらいです。スタッフに電話しなければわからないと思います。スタッフに電話が繋がらけれはパニックになったと思う。あとシャワー室と洗面台の排水が悪く水が溜まります。
