Appartement très récent et moderne. Climatisé .
canapé lit et très bon wifi.
Communication facile avec les propriétaires.
A 10 min exacte a pied du centre ville

The apartment is cosy but comfortable. It is not opposite the Loire but in a small alley. Location is good and central but you still need to walk to the centre. In fact we parked our car nearer to the centre to avoid walking at night.
We never met the host although she was always available to reply to our questions
The front door is a bit old but then when you step inside the apartment is welcoming.
Sadly it was not cleaned well. Although the common areas like floors ( where it shows), bathroom, was clean and the fridge was spotless. The oven was filthy - we never used it.
I don't think the host cleans herself, I think she gets someone to clean the apartment for her. It would be better if she checked the apartment before letting it to guests.
Also a bottle of water would have been nice to find especially if you arrive late at night. Toilet paper and soap was available only because the guests before us left it there otherwise if you arrive late at night you won't have any.
It is a nice apartment with huge potential due to its coziness and location. Pity it is not taken care of as it should.

Check in autonomo e nonostante l'accesso alla via stretta, il parcheggio era molto vicino
Pulizia appartamento (abbiamo trovato diversi insetti/animaletti in appartamento e nelle lenzuola pulite), porta d'entrata difettosa (alla riconsegna non siamo riusciti a chiuderlo), l' appartamento è in una via poco illuminata e dove la mia automobile faceva fatica a invertirsi
