Location was very good. The staff were friendly and could generally speak English. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable including soft pillows. There was a lift to get to higher floors.
The room was small and lacked space for luggage. Manageable for one person but two people with luggage would struggle with space.

The service was excellent. The reception staff were very polite, spoke kindly, and helped us carry our luggage to the room. The housekeeping staff were always smiling and kept the room very clean. The room had a comfortable layout, and the smart toilet was a nice touch. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back next time!
Nothing to complain about. We had a lovely stay.
