The apartment was much better equipped than we initially expected. After settling in, we realized it had pretty much everything we needed for an 11-night stay. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, as well as useful basics such as salt, sugar, oil and coffee, and there were even some things available for the beach. The apartment is on the third floor with a working lift, the living room has AC and two sofas, and the bedrooms have fans.
The location is excellent for everyday needs. The beach is within walking distance, and there are supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, ice cream shops and many other services nearby, including Mercadona. We could easily go out in the evening and do most things on foot. The host was also very responsive when we had an issue with the building and got it resolved quickly.
Parking was by far the biggest inconvenience. Finding a free space nearby was extremely difficult at almost any time, even late at night or early in the morning. Sometimes we spent a very long time looking for a space, and we eventually paid around €91 for a week of nearby parking. This is definitely worth knowing if you are coming by car.
We also arrived during a strong heat wave, and because the bedrooms only have fans, the first few nights were very hot and difficult to sleep in. Once the temperatures dropped, this was no longer a problem. Having to empty the water from the AC was also a little inconvenient.
On one day, a neighbour’s dog had urinated throughout the building entrance and the smell was extremely strong. We contacted the host and they immediately contacted the building administrator, and it was cleaned/resolved within around two hours. It did not happen again.
A small thing to note, the apartment is more long than wide with a long hallway, so AC doesn’t get to the bedrooms, something to keep in mind.

La ubicación está muy cerca de todo , la casa está grande pero necesita muy buena limpieza Mercadona ,Día, la playa está a dos calles el wifi no llega alas habitación ni el aire
Los vecinos son muy mal educados,el wifi no llegaba alas habitación,el aire acondicionado goteaba bastante hay que revisar,hay que cambiar las almohadas y saltaba la luz cada dos por tres hay que revisar tambiém y también al llegar nos pedio 100€ en mano eso no nos gustó
