Quizas la zona común del sexto piso todo se escucha en el quinto y puede molestarle a los demas huéspedes

El desayuno es excelente. El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento

Una mañana el baño se tapó completamente, pero el personal hizo todo lo posible por repararlo rápidamente

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Tres Altares in Sabaneta. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and dessert spots nearby, and it was very easy to access transportation. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the Wi-Fi was reliable and there was a good workspace, which was very convenient. One of our favorite features was the lovely terrace on the sixth floor. It was a nice place to relax, with a TV and complimentary coffee and tea available 24 hours. The bakery and restaurant downstairs were also a big plus, especially when we wanted something convenient without having to leave the hotel. We travelled with our children and found the hotel very family-friendly and comfortable for a longer stay. Between the excellent location, friendly service, cleanliness and convenient amenities, Hotel Tres Altares really felt like a great home base for our time in Sabaneta. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

EL PERSONAL FUE EN TODO MOMENTO MUY ATENTO

NO ESTABA PROGRAMADA LA TV, FUERON PERO NO HUBO FORMA DE SOLUCIONAR LLEGUE Y EL FRASCO DE JABON ESTABA VACIO, ME COMENTARON QUE NO PUDIERON DESENTORNILLAR DE LA PARED Y SU MEJOR SOLUCIÓN FUE DEJARLO ASÍ. EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO DA DIRECTAMENTE DONDE SE ENCUENTRA LA CAMA Y AL SER TAN PEQUEÑA LA HABITACION EL AIRE DA DIRECTAMENTE Y ÉSO NO ES BUENO. EL TERCER DÍA NO SE PODÍAN USAR LOS INODOROS POR MÁS DE 2 HORAS PORQUE TUVIERON PROBLEMAS ASUMO DE DESAGÜE. SUBES LA MIRADA DESDE TU CAMA Y TE ENCUENTRAS CON TODOS LOS TUBOS ASPERSORES DE AGUA PARA INCENDIO LAS CORTINAS NO CORTAN LA LUZ PARA UN MEJOR DESCANSO ,SOBRE TODO SI TIENES LA LUZ ROJA DEL AIRE,LA LUZ ROJA DE TUBERIAS DE ASPERSORES.
