This was such a lovely getaway! The beds were so comfortable with fluffy duvets and pillows. The breakfast and dinners were superb - really excellent quality food and an amazing combination of flavors for the dinners. Clare is super talented with her cooking and decor selection, while Nick is super hospitable and always welcoming. They worked so hard on the renovations, which I only learned about as I was staying there - they are YouTubers documenting their journey with the renovations and doing a wonderful job at it. Oh, and the pool is such a good size for lap swimming too! Go see the beauty they've created! I stayed here for 5 nights, and there isn't anything I would have changed!

What an amazing place. The hard work put into bringing the historic house back to life has really paid off. The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms well designed and exceptionally clean and the swimming pool area so relaxing with the perfect temperature water. And make sure to book in for the table d’hotes (24 hours notice needed). The food is Michelin quality and beautifully presented. Great company and a lovely place

Very welcoming hosts, lovely room with an excellent en suite shower room. It was in a great location for us as a stopover on our way further south and easy to find. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice.. We booked dinner on the evening of our arrival and had lovely evening with our hosts enjoying a superb meal cooked by Clare - chapeaux to the chef! We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.

Beautifully renovated lovely attention to detail Nick & Clare were excellent hosts. Clare’s cooking was fantastic and spending time with them in the evening was the icing on the cake. Fantastic 2days.
Everything such a wonderful experience for myself and my husband. The pool area was so relaxing and again the attention to detail was first class
