PET FRIENDLY is top of the list. Convenient - there is easy, free parking right outside the building. Close to stores up and down the road.
Some of the dishes and inside the stove were dirty. The bed is very uncomfortable.

We really appreciated that we had someone to stay at the last minute. The orgininal accommodation we had booked months ago was not available when we arrived (business did a "Fly By Night") so we had no where to stay. We really appreciated that we could get an apartment at such late notice.
The host John was great and tried to provide everything we wanted. Obviously Queens Apartments were not our first choice for booking accomodation (it was a way down our list) but it had a bed, a kitchen, a washing machine and a bathroom so that was good.
We did not particularly like the location. It was a very busy street being close to the University. There was only street parking available, so often we had to park the hire car far from the apartment up the road, or on another street. Also it was in a building with 9 apartments and the shared front door was often left unlock and open to the street (often the door not even closed) due to other guests not locking the front door with the key as per the large note on the door.
The bed was not the best quality but it was clean. The bathroom had no storage space for things like toothbrush and toiletries.
