We loved the place it was also super convenient to everything. And comfortable. Nice kitchen and furniture was nice. I especially liked it having a private patio with s grill and w we did use it.
I do wish the outdoor cover, chairs and grill had less cob webs and dirt on them but I do understand you can't completely get rid of all of it. Because it is outside, just look like it's been quite a while since anything has been touched..
We didnt like the laundry machine situation. We had to buy a full bottle of detergent for 2 loads. And it wasn't convenient to access, i had to keep going into a halll that you had to lock and unlock a door just to check to see if the machine was finished, and the door wasnt easy to figure out at first how to lock it up. My husband gave up. However I truely did appreciate being able to use it.
I would have preferred a coffee maker instead of a carafe coffee pot.
And we didht like the automatic light in the bathroom, one that you could dim maybe would have been ok, because everytime we got up in the night to go to the bathroom you and the person in the bed is hit with a bright light.

Space, facilities and locality
Nothing really, bed could have been better presented but that's a minor detail.

Spacious,clean area outside to sit.
Uncomfortable bed. Lack of shelves to put toiletries etc on. Toilet sliding door which when slid open during the night was disturbing,light in loo went on every time the door was opened.
No air con.
Seems more suitable for people staying just a night or two who weren't unpacking.
We stayed a week.
