The location is perfect. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Lots of little gifts on arrival and well stocked kitchen and fridge! Our apartment didn't really have any outside entertainment area but the beach is only a few steps away.
Not really good value for money as a couple. Better if we had family with us, as it is a 2 bedroom place with plenty of space. The seaview is from the small bedroom upstairs between 2 buildings, so really a nothingburger view. The mosquitoes were pretty bad for some reason. We are staying 5 minutes away from there now and there are none. The drains from the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink were both leaking which can create breeding grounds for mosquitoes...I told management about it so hopefully they have fixed it.

Just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Plenty of welcome gifts (water, wine, olive oil, etc.) to get going. The water hose outside the door to wash of any sand from the feet is very convenient!
The pillows in the beds were a bit too tall and too hard. (I chose to use a small cushion from the sofa instead.)
