Location, pool, air conditioning in bedrooms. Responsiveness of hosts. Authenticity of property to Tuscany. Views. Link to the vineyard and the great tour. Would definitely recommend if you want a real taste of Tuscany.
The power seemed a little problematic. If the kettle was on, the kitchen lights dimmed or went off. Only certain power sockets seemed to fit with our international adaptor plugs, leading to phones being charged in the bathroom.
Whilst the bedrooms had A/C, the main living area did not which meant that this space became rather warm.

Czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Pokoje klimatyzowane. Duża przestrzeń w środku jak i na zewnątrz. Dwa tarasy z czego jeden zadaszony idealny na śniadanie a drugi otwarte na nocne spędzanie czasu przy winie i oglądanie gwiazd.
Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Świetna baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie całej Toskanii.
Brak klimatyzacji w salonach i kuchni. Dość głośna klimatyzacja w dwóch pokojach od strony tarasu.
